Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bradient, we want you to love your handcrafted candles! Our Returns & Refunds Policy ensures a fair and transparent process if something isn’t right with your order. Please read this policy carefully to understand our guidelines, crafted with care for our customers.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns Accepted: We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • No Other Returns/Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects (e.g., change of mind or fragrance preference).

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or resolution.


2. Reporting Issues

  • Timeframe: You must report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Email us at info@bradient.in with:

    • Your order ID.

    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item and its packaging.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  • Reports after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


3. Resolution Process

  • Review: Once we receive your email, our team will review the issue within 2-3 business days.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or another suitable resolution (e.g., store credit), based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.


4. How to Return

  • If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item via email or WhatsApp.

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.

  • You may need to cover return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds, if offered, will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, or wallet).

  • Shipping charges are not included in refunds.


6. Consumer Protection

  • We comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring your rights as a customer are respected. If you have concerns, contact us first, and we’ll work to resolve them fairly.
