  • We strive to keep our candles in stock. If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp and offer a substitute, store credit, or a full refund.

  • Availability may vary due to the artisanal nature of our products.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST, and subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payment Gateway. We accept UPI, cards, and major wallets like Paytm, GPay & PhonePe

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed.

 

5. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

  • We’ll share tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • We may cancel or delay orders due to stock issues, payment verification, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Descriptions

  • Our handcrafted candles come with accurate descriptions and images. Minor variations in color, or design may occur due to their artisanal nature, making each piece unique.

  • We may correct listing errors without prior notice.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage or defects.
